Overall Satisfaction with Viewpoint Vista

Our company uses Vista for virtually all aspects of finance. The most complex feature that Vista helps tackle is PR since we process manually due to unions. There are a couple of issues with the software such as forced 3rd party partner integration (extra fees), faulty updates, and limited scope in terms of consolidating companies.
  • Payroll
  • Support and Articles (website structure is so confusing)
  • Tested Updates
  • Allow more cross company reports
  • So far it has added an extra $15 - $20K of expenses each year
The method Vista uses for ease of integration isn't perfect. Often times, the users are left to test new rollouts first before Vista opens a case to correct in the next update.

Vista is a good software however, there are a ton of 3rd party partner softwares required when trying to conquer new projects.
