Overall Satisfaction with Vincere
We are a recruitment company who has a large temporary division, but also a permanent division, so we needed a system that supported both.
Our previous system was extremely basic and met very few of the needs for the company.
We needed a system that included:
Compliance
Shift sceduling
Mail shots
Communication and reminders.
Vincere offers all of these.
It is difficult to find a system that offers the best of both worlds in the recruitment sector, it was a no brainer when Vincere demo'd their system that it was what we were looking for to take the business to the next level.

- The shift sceduler to have an option where you assign jobs to candidates, not candidates to jobs, would be more useful for shift coordinators like myself to manage the candidates and their roles. Especially when they are ad hoc like ours.
- Having a copy and paste option on shifts, where if you already create one, right click, copy, and paste onto a different candidate (If it was laid out the above way) makes more user friendly and is quick and efficient for people with busy ad hoc desks who dont have the time to create a new job every time, could be done without thinking about it rather than it being an admin task to upload shifts.
- We have only just gone live with Vincere so havnt seen any results yet. Just getting to grips with setting up and using the system.
