Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Talentspring is a HR consulting company that offers different services. One is an active sourcing service. In the past we managed all of our candidate and client pipeles with excel which was way to complicated and not very automated. With the growth of our company we decided to go with Vincere to have a better experience for our recruiters as well as our customers.

Pros and Cons

Management of Candidates
Management of clients (everything we sent out can be shared with all users)
Excellent Pipeline management with the LiveList

Ability to chance the titles (e.g. from "Mr." to "Herr" in German)
Definitely better onboarding, the structure of the videos and the given information was not very good.

Likelihood to Recommend

Definitely great for the handling of candidate pipeline. Also since all the communication with client and candidate goes through the system it gives a great overview for all users so everybody is informed at all times.

Support Rating

Our Implementation Consultant Alan is super helpful 10/10 recommend!! If I have a question he gets in contact super fast. If he does not have an answer right away he talks to other departments and gets back in thouch within 48 hours. He was definitely the most helpful person out of everyone we talked to.

Usability

It is a great system but very complex. It takes time to learn and understand everything.
