We found one system among many systems that work much better than the others, Cyber Recruiter simplifies the work, automates the ability to choose a new colleague. It was implemented very quickly, we personally take care of customizing it to our liking so that the hiring of new staff is much better and the staff with the ideal characteristics that we request is chosen. Since we acquired it, the benefits did not take long to become known, since the entire process was very simple and dynamic.

Pros

  • Applicants can quickly view our talent acquisition campaigns and quickly apply, the system is very dynamic and allows for proactive interaction.
  • The templates are customizable and allow us to edit them to our liking.
  • It is very automatic and saves us time, the manual hiring process as we knew it does not exist because Cyber Recruiter simplifies the hiring from start to finish.

Cons

  • Some of our colleagues in our department think it's expensive software, but when they see how easy the whole process of recruiting new staff is, they realize it's one of the best HR software out there today.
  • Although Cyber Recruiter is said to be expensive software in the Human Resources department, there is no denying that good profits have been made by acquiring new staff. It is a very scalable software with advantages that are made known to us day by day, the system improves our workflow and increases correct decision-making.
