Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Visier is used by our HR department to monitor employee engagement in a certain area. Visier is limited to one department in my company, due to its effective result in talent acquisition activities. Before Visier, we were using UltiPro but it wasn't as effective as Visier. Visier works in a nice balance between performance data to recruiting data, which helps us understand our talent acquisition needs.

Pros and Cons

Visier uses all data to analyze factors leading to productivity.
It helps us understand the diversity of our organization.
The SaaS solution enables us to identify the different risks and different outcomes.
It help us monitor the impact engagement and exit patterns.

Dashboard is little tricky

Due to Visier, our recruiting process has been improved and it has saved a lot of time.

Self-sufficiency is key, especially in a start-up. Visier provides us that. It helps us track employee attendance and work progress. Visier provides a built-in resolution for different analyses like diversity, employee engagement, and talent acquisition process. We know that it's hard to predict the long-term quality of hires. And measuring the impact of the recruiting process but Visier makes it possible through its analysis and data prediction feature.
