Overall Satisfaction with Visier

We use Visier on the executive team to work with other companies in order to plan workforce needs by gathering analytics through the platform. It addresses the problems of being able to obtain data on this source which is extremely hard. Thus, it works well for us. By using the platform we can measure the productivity and effectiveness of certain business objectives.

Typically, Visier would be appropriate for large businesses that are looking to recruit or monitor their current workforce and be able to receive accurate and insightful data as well as to measure some of the productivity of certain objectives relating to the workforce of that business. Where it would be less appropriate is probably for smaller businesses where some of these things are relatively apparent off the bat.
