We use Visier mainly in our Strategic HR function with our HRBPs, monitoring key metrics and identifying trends that help them drive targeted HR Strategies.

Visier makes it SO MUCH EASIER to put power in the hands of end users. I could also never build the incredible analysis tools like Movement Summaries and Drivers Charts like Visier has. Visier takes so much data management pressure off so all you have to worry about is end users.
