HR analytics. Data pulls for goal metrics and data visualization. Often looking at Turnover

  • edit metric options

Cons

  • uploaded metrics without definitions
  • filtering down to the level of an organization-- unable to get here using normal filtering options
  • open Visier in multiple tabs at once
  • efficient data pulls!
  • time saving to build charts and map data across many years
  • visual- helpful to explain the data that I am wanting to apply

Well suited to pull data based on metrics and filters applied. Less appropriate for employees who rarely use it and attempt to draw insights. Implementing some AI integration to describe what is happening in a chart would be helpful and add safeguards to prevent misinterpretation
