Overall Satisfaction with Visitor Queue

The marketing department was looking at VisitorQueue to identify anonymous visitors go on our website but did not contact our company. We wanted to study user clickpath behavior.

Pros

  • It was able to identify a fair amount of companies on our site
  • The UX/UI was clean and easy to read
  • The data came in nearly real-time

Cons

  • The companies identified were a mixture of ISPs and companies
  • It did not capture as many companies as other products
  • That's about it. Not much more I can add.
  • We did not select the tool.
  • It was in the top 3 of solutions we looked at
  • Again, we had a unique requirement and it didn't fit
We haven't made a selection but are leaning toward KickFire and LeadLander because it provides anonymous unidentified and identified user behavior.

It all depends on what type of data you are trying to obtain. For my company, we wanted every web visitor tracked, whether it be anonymous or identified. If someone filled out a form during non-working hours, I wanted to go back and find the time they hit our site to find out the referral source and clickpath used.

    Hi There, Thanks for the review! I am happy to hear that you were able to identify your company visitors and use that data. As Visitor Queue only identifies the companies that visit your site I'm sorry that we couldn't provide you with all the data you were seeking. As most of our clients use us in tandem with Google Analytics we do not provide the ISP or network provider information. We are always adding new features and tools to Visitor Queue in order to identify the most amount of companies and offer more abilities to our clients. Thanks again for the review!
