Overall Satisfaction with Vista Social

Social media management is one of my hats. On an average day my tasks vary widely and distraction from team and clients add to the challenges. It's great to experience social media posting easily and trackable, analysis, and comment monitoring all in one place. And WOW the social listening catches mentions so I get to respond timeously.

Pros

  • Assisted content creation ideation
  • Monitoring all progress across multiple clients

Cons

  • Easier connecting to invited accounts like in X and Meta
  • More options in ai ideation
  • Bigger image thumbnails in calendar
  • My saved time is priceless
  • My clients live the reports
  • I feel confident to grow my client list
It was super easy to get up and running and its made my daily routine streamlined.
I find it easier to navigate.

Its great for individuals who like multi channel exposure, and the tool makes agency work a breeze when we have multiple clients across multiple channels. With so much of the tools benefits geared up for agency needs I would have to say it may be a bit overkill for an individual.
