Overall Satisfaction with Volusion

Our whole organization provides services to customer using the Volusion platform.

Pros

  • Great product detail information
  • Easy to take orders
  • Detailed reporting

Cons

  • Mobile stores aren't great
  • Downtime happens too often
  • Customer service is increased because of live chat integration and ease of using the back end.
  • Conversion rates increase because of clear straight paths to checkout
I liked Volusion better because it has less options which makes learning easier. I think Magento is better for large stores.
Volusion doesn't work when someone has multiple stores. It also doesn't work as well when someone has thousands of products.
