Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Vonage when I am in the Philippines to get in touch and coordinate with our co-workers in the United Stares. It is being used by the whole organization. We never encountered any issues.

Pros and Cons

Well for me it has a best connection and is easy to set-up.
24/7 Support.
Employees can always work on the go and by that being said they become efficient and effective.

Just improve the dropped calls.

For ROI it is not that applicable, but we were able to do business with it.

Alternatives Considered

Selected Vonage due to its features and support

It is well suited if the organizations are all over the world. Like us in the Philippines we we're able to coordinate and do meetings. As long as we do have a good internet connection, we're good with Vonage.
