Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WatchGuard AuthPoint is used in our organization to provide technical support to end users. As an IT Coordinator, there are times when I have to assist school-based therapists in order to reset their passwords because they are not on the same network as us. This is when they have to use the VPN.

So far, this is the only reason why I have had to use WatchGuard AuthPoint in our organization.

Response time when an email is sent out to the support team.
Follow up email if the issue persists or not.
The support team should reach out via phone call to confirm if they can close the ticket.

WatchGuard AuthPoint is well suited in my experience.
It is highly recommended to use if you have to support users who are not on the same network. It can be used for providing assistance with things like installing a printer or resetting passwords.
