We have recently implemented WatchGuard AuthPoint TIS to monitor our credentials for leaks in the Dark Web and the corporate password manager to alleviate and centralize our passwords administrations. We found there were old employees credentials on the dark web, so this products brings us one more peace of mind from now on.

As a financial company we are constantly being attacked by scammers with phishing, vishing, you name it. These two features from AuthPoint TIS gives us an extra layer of security protecting the most vulnerable point of every company, the employee.

WatchGuard AuthPoint Total Identity Security (TIS) offers a corporate password manager. We used to have a similar solution from another provider, but having one single product instead of two, does make your life easier!At the time we do not have a need to use the dark web monitoring capabilities, but we expected this to get needed more are times go by and the dark web threats get bigger and bigger!

In our organization we use not only AuthPoint Total Identity Security but also M290 firewall to protect and manage our network.
With AuthPoint we can login from outside our infrastructure , through CItrix storefront we can connect to all our resources and be sure that we reduce the risk of data leak or credentials leak.

Dark web credential monitoring offers up to three domains per license. This means that up to three domains for each license, WatchGuard AuthPoint checks for credentials in the Dark Web. This is an excellent extra security feature to be absoloutely sure that credentials aren't being leaked in the most obscure places. AuthPoint also disposes of a corporate password manager which, with browser extentions, auto-fills credentials. This is very useful in some cases, for example some companies do not oblige their employees to use a password manager. This can be the cause of password leaks since users tend to write passwords on papaer, on their PC or desktop.

We have not needed to use this feature as the internal discipline of our staff regrading password use is strong and their understanding relatively sophisticated

Our overall Authpoint MFA and password strategies, combined with intensive staff training has had a major effect on dark web password occurrences. We have had no reports of our accounts/password being found on the dark web in the last 3 years. Previous years reports were accounts that had been retired over 5 years previously.

We utilize Authpoint to manage all credentials used by our personnel to access systems across many environments.
