Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We use Watchguard for 2FA authentication and for updating and managing endpoints, the service for those is great and works like a charm. Customer service is very easy to talk to if you ever have an issue. I wish the menu were a little easier to navigate, but I am finally getting used to where everything is located. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who needs a great, secure platform that is not shady and very trustworthy.
Pros
- 2FA
- Endpoint control
- Remote Connection
- Updates
Cons
- Menu navigation.
- Saving .
- Easier setup.
- ROI has been great.
- We have remained breach less.
- We have not had to bring in outside help or 3rd parties due to hacks.
- It has helped us maintain trust with our clients.
It has helped us maintain secure passwords by mitigating password reuse and requiring 2FA, as well as setting a standard for password length and character types. It has helped us remain secure, so we have not had any info leak onto the dark web or anything, which again helps maintain trust.
I have not used those features.
I chose Watchguard for the bundle of features and customer support, not to mention the transparency you get with a paid program versus an open-source version. Mainly, I liked having so many of the solutions I needed in one place without having to find separate programs.
