Overall Satisfaction with Watchguard Endpoint Security

We are a MSP für Securtiy Services and we use the WatchGuard Portfolio to protect the environments of our clients. The business problems we adress with the products are:
- Endpoint Security - MFA - Managed Detection and Response
- Firewalling
We whitelabel the different tools and use them for our own managed service products with a mix of services from our side and add on like for example cloud space.

  • Zero Trust
  • EDR

Cons

  • We are sattisfied with all features
  • We were able to push our as a service portfolio and revenue significantly with WatchGuard Endpoint Security
It saves time for us and we are able to manage multiple clients out of one platform
The products are well integrated an we are looking forward to the features on the roadmap
