Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use WatchGuard solutions to protect our network from threats and filter user web traffic.
- Excellent web filtering and application control.
- Very granular control yet not overly complicated to configure.
- Total security suite offers comprehensive protection at a price point that is lower than the competition.
- Excellent documentation and support.
- Doesn't allow for all configurations to be done through the WebUI. Some advanced settings can only be configured through a separate desktop application.
- The performance of Dimension logging server needs to be improved. Running reports in Dimension is excruciatingly slow.
- Achieved comprehensive protection from the latest threats at a price that we can afford.
Having a single license attached to the appliance has simplified configuration and deployment.
