Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
I have been a reseller of this product for nearly 20 years. It has allowed me the flexibility to endpoint support my clients without having to be on location. I have well over 250 clients using this product in a single location but also have clients all over the country.
- Flexible control of endpoint protection
- Ability to remotely install
- The console is not as intuitive as it needs to be.
- lower downtime due to infections
- Watchguard does break on occasion and looks functional from a desktop level but isn't
