Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

In my current technician job we have multiple clients where we use WG products, mainly the WatchGuard Firebox. Ar one main location we also use the Access Points with the Watch Guard firebox.
Recently we also added the Watch Guard firebox at our main work office and at my home.

Pros

WatchGuard took forever to reply to our company request for receiving some NFR devices. Many requests were made online to WatchGuard with no reply.
We only use WatchGuard Cloud for logging. WatchCloud is quite a disappointment on many aspects and quite not necessary.. professionals use WSM and on a quick dip the Web UI .
Well pfSense is free and quite impressive.. I don’t think is a contest… WatchGuard provides great services but the subscription cost is a big disappointment.

In work environment it provides excellent services: IPS, antivirus, URL filtering, application control, spam blocking and reputation lookup.
The Total Security package is quite awesome also the Web UI is decent,
where it lacks is the Menu options are NOT in alphabetical order.
Most professionals use the WSM and unfortunately the graphics on WSM, FSM and Policy Manager are quite outdated.
Another con is the price.. WG subscription is quite steep. My opinion is that a lower/ decent price would attract far more customers.
