Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

We have been using WatchGuard Network Security technology for close to 10 years. We fully trust that is keeps our network safe and secure. We have not had any successful intrusions during that time frame. As a church we use their WebBlocker technology to ensure that no one has access to any unwanted websites.

Pros

  • WatchGuard Network Security WebBlocker is keeping unwanted websites and any of their potential hazards off of our network
  • The VPN is safe and relatively easy to setup
  • Although it can have a high learning curve, management of the system is fairly intuitive to navigate.

Cons

  • I am in no way a security expert some better documentation explaining some of the basics would be helpful
  • It would be nice if they did not rely on third-party VPN apps for connection.
  • This is a good, solid product that has never failed us. It is up 100% of the time.
