It can be integrated with multiple channels like SMS, email, voice, and many more.

When we need to communicate with our client who is located to different country then Webex Connect is very suitable and reliable as it builds a channel for us to communicate with our clients from anywhere in the world. It is less appropriate in scenario where the business is small and do not have large funds as Webex Connect is expensive for small businesses.
