Overall Satisfaction with Webex Events (formerly Socio)

WebEx Events is used in our company to arrange events, conferences, meetings, and annual events. WebEx Events has a good customer-valued UI and can be easily used to talk with them and meet with them. WebEx Events helped us to make some relations with customers and attendees there and made some sales through it.

WebEx Events has more features and better UI than other event platforms. It has good analytics options and good customer support. It also has lot of features in messaging and meeting. Gamification is good and attendee can have profile with lot of options to have information. And can be used in everywhere in platform.

WebEx Events is mainly used for online events. Now it is used for hybrid events. If a company is going to arrange an event, then WebEx Events is one of the good platforms. They also have a lot of options and a good user interface. It have good streaming and good chatting features while in WebEx Events.
