Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings to host our client webinars, to reach the audience that is not in our region.
  • Great video
  • Easy to connect to
  • The meeting environment is clear and easy-to-use
  • Audio component is bulky and not easy to use
  • Make audio conferencing available in meetings
  • Clients hate having to call in to participate to the meetings
  • In my opinion, we've lost clients who weren't savvy enough to manage the video and then the call in requirements. They felt it was too difficult to participate.
  • Webex Meetings is preferred when working with government agencies and that helps with our fund development.
  • People know the name and trust the product because of name recognition.

In my experience, I've never encountered a Webex Meetings, either one I've hosted or externally, that has had reliable audio conferencing. Why does the video audio not work reliably? I've explored all the settings and can never seem to get it to work. Our organization has spoken to the help desk and are told it should work. Why doesn't it?
