My superb experience with Webex Meetings and why you should consider it

We use Webex Meetings for hosting online classes in overcast conditions when students cannot travel to school. We also use it occasionally to host virtual training sessions for teachers with trained professionals who cannot travel to our institution. The teachers also use it for collaborating with fellow colleagues and working together on creating question papers etc. The weekly meetings with the director and higher ups are also organised on Webex Meetings due to its safety and security. Overall, Webex Meetings is helping us in communicating and collaborating both with the students and teachers seamlessly from the comfort of our homes.

We faced challenges in training the teachers and students on how to implement and use Cisco products. We also faced some privacy issues and it was challenging to keep the documents updated. Many communication barriers arose and we were facing problems in deciding the time of the meetings since everyone's schedule is different.

Cisco's hybrid work solutions helped us communicate and collaborate seamlessly and we got rid of many communication barriers. We are able to host meetings, webinars and events seamlessly and engage with the audience with their features and Slido making them more interactive. Cisco's products are simple to use and have very intuitive user interfaces so the staff didn't require much training.

Using a hybrid work model has benefitted everyone in our institution and my coworkers are grateful that they won't have to travel every single day. However, the pay for hybrid work is also less when compared to work from office which has disappointed a few of my colleagues and resulted in them leaving our institution.
