Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

In our organization we use we Webex Meetings for client calls or daily team calls. In our organization mostly people do remote work, so it really helps to connect with them and collaborate. They also provide many impressive features like noise removal which is quite impressive for important client calls and meetings. They also provide real-time translations that is quite impressive for me.

Pros

  • Real time translation of what being spoken
  • Noise Removal (Important for important meetings)
  • High quality audio and video
  • Ability to handle large scale meetings

Cons

  • Not very smooth experience when I use it in my mobile phone
  • Integration with other collaborative platforms could be smoother, as joining meetings directly from there often requires extra steps
  • Reduced Travel costs.
  • Saves time.
  • Overall Productivity increased through collaboration.

In our organization, many people are working remotely so it was quite difficult to have all stay aligned on projects and meetings, remote employees sometimes felt left out, so it solved this problem.
It improved collaboration and enhanced productivity and gives better engagement and participation.

It is ideal for every scenario like for collaboration, client calls and daily meetings, especially helpful when meetings require screen sharing, recording or breakout sessions or also when you need real time translations or transcriptions. However it is less ideal when you are using it in your mobile phone and there is a poor network.
