- Easy to use interface.
- Reliable.
- Not cluttered.
- Ability to attach receipts and save entries at the same time rather than having to save then attach.
- Multi factor authentication.

- has a well organized dashboard
- is intuitive to use
- there are so many categories to choose from and no default, so even when entering multiple of the same, you have to scroll down to find the same options again and again
- maybe have a main menu, for domestic travel, international travel, and then under that the list of related categories, because at the moment the list is so long, it is more prone to induce errors in choosing the categories.
- I am not aware of an app, that would allow us to scan receipts to be automatically entered as we travel, that would be very useful
- I wish I could enter all the meals of one trip in one entry, with a range of dates instead of having to enter each day as a separate entry

Not quite what we were sold!
- Good for keeping data held in one place

- Good for flagging if someone is trying to claim over expense limits
- We originally purchased it to use for time management and then at implementation this wasn't possible
- The email notifications could be better

Easy to use
- Easy logic to follow when using it for the first time.
- Organised archives and receipts to have a back up of your information.
- The layout and structure of the website looks good and organised, you don't get lost looking for things. Simple and slick.
- I don't think I have seen anything that needs improvement. I was happy with what I have seen and how I got used to it.

- Reduces admin time for the user, and provides a detailed report.

- Can be slow, even when in a strong network.
- Post code selector not always accurate.
- Overall the improvements are much better

- Easy to set up.
- Easy to use.
- Good support - although not really needed.
- None really seen, happy with functionality.
- Imports expenses from credit card use.
- Informs you at each stage of action.
- Has an app to use on the go.
- The camera features could be better - for instance the app "Clearscanner" increases the brightness and contrast which makes the receipts look clear.
- The interface on mobile is quite clunky, sometimes when fields are not filled it, it's not highlighted or explained well.
- When a car is not setup, the fuel doesn't work properly but doesn't tell you the reason.

Webexpenses does the job decently
- Multiple interface to access the system is a key advantage. We can scan the receipts on the go using the app.
- The uploaded receipts could automatically prefill the claim form saving time.
- One single portal to claim all types of expenses be it hotel, transport or even car mileage.
- The web UI is outdated, although recently changed the graphics colours etc, it's still clunky and feels ancient.
- Does not use AI to process the receipts automatically.

Overview of webexpense
- No need to keep physical copy of receipt
- Soft copy can be accessed any time
- Soft copy can be accessed remotely - no need to call respective person .
- Some times photograph is not captured properly - need to improve scanning software
- Does not give logic - explanation of which GL to code - user gets confused for selecting which gl to use - we have given training - but user needs explanation at the time of selection of GL code.
- Sales pitch needs to be improved - they give 24 hours to sign the agreement - which was not good - we tried on their another product for scanning document - way it was presented was not good - felt bit rude - and not happy with that scanning document product.
- Support is not local - in Australia - only possible by an email ; phone support not available.

Not bad for the price
- Customisable downloadable reports mean we can manipulate data to suit our business needs
- Provide online training sessions so customers are aware of features
- In my exerience, not end user friendly. e.g if an authoriser gets updated mid claim the claim needs to be re-done. The updated authoriser does not instantly update on a users account
- In my experience, quite buggy. Can take few times to upload the credit card statement due to unknown issues
- Support sometimes do not respond
- System bugs such as vanishing fields after user inputs and saves an item is frustrating

Great decision to use Webexpenses
- The App is very easy to use.
- Submitting expenses on the go is quick and easy and works.
- The authorisation of claims for managers is simple and effective.
- Occasional issues when adding receipts
- Easily upload receipts via mobile app. This means that when it comes to completing an expense claim there is no need to dig around for your receipts.
- Adds greater security around the approval process of the claim as the claim can only be approved by the manager defined for the account.
- Email alerts for when you have a claim pending and when claims are approved.
- Can code to budget codes there and then during the submissions process.
- Initially the process is a little complex.
