Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used by all staff in the organisation. Allows me to submit my own expenses and approve those for my team members. Allows for frequent submission of expenses and reimbursement.

Pros

  • Mileage submission is easy and allows for simple mapping and calculation.
  • Easy opt review previous submissions.
  • Ability to partially complete and return to it.

Cons

  • Struggle with adding receipts. Sometimes they are allowed, other times not.
  • Allows business to monitor easily patterns in expense claims during the pandemic.
Overall good. Just frustrations with adding receipts.
Email reminders to approve claims are helpful and allow me to approve/eject claims very quickly after submission.
Speed of approval. Workers can accrue significant expenses so it needs to be easy and quick to complete and approve.

Users are able to submit for a variety of reasons. It is quick and user-friendly and you are able to add as you go along and submit frequently or each month.
