Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I use Webexpenses to claim back personal and team expenses.

Pros

  • Linking reciepts to the claim which makes putting them thorugh easy
  • God workflows that arebintuitive
  • Good approval process

Cons

  • The only thing is that I have to use an authenticator app to log in because of two-factor authentication. The downside is that I have to pick up my mobile phone each time, which is a natural distraction.
  • Helps with managing the budget for events where employees claim back for their attendance
Because it does everything I need it to do; however, I wish the two-factor authentication didn’t require picking up a mobile device, as this can lead to distraction.
