Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

As an employee for parking, taxis, hotel and occasional entertainment. it enables quick submission & approval negating any personal cashflow issues. It also allows me to keep right on top of my expenses spend. It also allows the company a great tool for expenditure reconciliation and overall control of company expenditure.

Pros

  • an easy to navigate platform
  • easy to sub expensds
  • facilitates prompt re-payment

Cons

  • user unable to manually override the approver
  • not enough permissions for the end user
  • a record of receipt photos would be welcome
very impressed as and end user only
