Overall Satisfaction with Webgility

Longtime 5 year customer. I spoke to them about downgrading because we are closing our business. I was told no problem just to use trial verson, when I tried to use the trial version it made me schedule a demo. I had to schedule one. During the demo, they told me it wouldn't work because I use QBPOS which I had already told them about when I started speaking to them about downgrading. I had to scramble to find another solution to get me through a couple of weeks before my subscription was due for another quarter (going out of business before that). Once I found a solution, I requested a cancelation and they said they canceled it. 6 days later they charged my account for $450!!! They won't return the funds. We have hardly any funds in our account and are only selling on avg 3 orders per day. I've had to resort to posting a bad review because apparently they do not abide by their word, nor do they care about a 5-year customer relationship.

I have tried many multi-channel software programs and it all depends on your needs. I used Shopify and QBPOS and that is why I choose Webgility in the first place. All software programs have good and bad points it just depends on how you use them. I simply do not recommend using a program if you cannot trust them with your credit card information and they don't honor their word. If $450 means more to them than being honest and honoring a 5 year customer relationship they are doing something wrong.
I really don't want to give them any credit after ripping me off and lying to me. They don't deserve anything good to be said about them. I am not the typical person that goes around writing bad reviews, but I don't think it is appropriate for me to suggest that anyone used their services. There are more out there that are honest.

    Totally agree with De Anna Thompson Owner Apparel GardenApparel & Fashion, dishonest business practices are not acceptable. I’m currently trying to get a refund for two issues. First their product could not do everything they said it could do with regards to integrating our financial information from all our selling platforms to Quickbooks. Secondly I negotiated the price with the sales rep, advised the price and said he would credit back onboarding fees only to latter see that the we were overcharged based upon our agreed price for an annual subscription and the onboarding fees were never credited back. Huge issue with dishonesty - Lied and presented misleading information about their product. Two different issues regarding money and giving them access to my billing information 1. overcharge 2. refund not given for onboarding. We are just a small business that was looking for a way to make transition from spreadsheets to Quickbooks easier. However there is no easy fix that I’ve seen. All the time wasted on this software and the hours lost dealing with their support department is very frustrating when it’s topped off with the dishonest transactions they presented to my bank.
