Weebly Worth It's Weight
Overall Satisfaction with Weebly
I use Weebly as a free website builder. It provides a free domain, although the free version includes weebly.com. It has easy to use templates with drag and drop style settings. It is very intuitive and has tutorials to help understand it in more detail.
Pros
- Easy to use templates
- Drag and Drop Webpage Creation
- Clean Design with Several Customizations
Cons
- Make changes offline
- More integrated apps
- Smooth and simple interface
- Easy to update website
- Connects to Social Media Sites
- Basic Statistics for Site Traffic
I have used both and Squarespace offers more app integrations but is more restrictive with design layout. The major difference is Weebly uses a free-flow drop and drag, whereas Squarespace has bullet-style areas that you can add text/photo/link, etc. I like Squarespace for the more modern styled templates and enhanced app features, but Weebly gives more creative freedom in designing the page.

Yes - No problems. Smooth transition as a mobile responsive site. No need to design a separate mobile site. Just design the website on the weebly platform and when the website is opened on a mobile device it will "respond" with a web-friendly layout. It offers a preview setting with desktop or mobile views.
