Overall Satisfaction with WhatsApp Business

It is being used by our pharmacy group to make smooth communication among ourselves. Quick chatting and transfer of necessary files is really helpful. Sometimes group meeting helps us to take cumulative decision in an effective way. Right communication helps us to buy profitable items from various vendors through out the country. The whole Pharmacy Group is dependent on this app.

Most reliable app for business and personal use. I rely on it with any hesitation. Its encrypted chatting system impresses me a lot. Easy file transfer is also appreciated. Maximum people use this app, so I can communicate with most people through this. It makes my life more comfortable.
It is more reliable and secure and highly accepted by the business communities. Business community in Saudi Arabia has accepted the app with great enthusiasm. I have used Skype, Viber and many others apps but in compare to WhatsApp Business those are less effective because people here are less accustomed with such apps. It is almost impossible to run a smooth business without WhatsApp Business. After merging with Facebook the technical ability of WhatsApp Business has increased significantly.

Group meeting facilities has made the apps really excellent. All members of the organization can work efficiently in real time through the apps. Gossiping can make it ineffective. I think, we should utilize the apps effectively to get best result from it and highly recommend the apps to my colleagues and business partners. Here in Saudi Arabia it is almost impossible to do business without WhatsApp Business. Lack of voice and video call options is the real shortcoming of the app.
