Overall Satisfaction with WhatsApp Business

I used WhatsApp Business for connecting with clients, sending them brochures, images, videos and price quotations for respective project. As a property manager WhatsApp Business is the core tool for me which is used across all the stages. Starting with the client initialisation till the customer support and post sales service. The application gives me freedom to use automated message service of someone enquires regarding project. The platform is very secure and it provides instant support and solution to customer directly. I can easily create group & connect with different people such as vendors, teammates, customers, site supervisors. WhatsApp Business is not only solving the communication gap between consumer & service provider but it is saving up huge amount of time as well as work. It creates great user experience and for me it has been a daily tool which I can rely on. It has also improved the efficiency in pre & post contract management for the team across my organisation. Features I like the most 1. Easy communication and instant support 2. Multiple options to create catalogue according to your business type and targeted audience.

As per my knowledge it's a life saving tool for employees working in customer service/support, ticketing, pre sales & post sales, marketing areas. I personally work with various developers across city and use WhatsApp Business for sending documents and images. It's so handy and time saving. WhatsApp Business is also best suited for online business where an owner can directly share things transparently with the client. Nowadays, everyone is using WhatsApp Business for their business as they are able to do marketing too. From social media influencers to small scale business, gym trainer to real estate agent, medical consultant to delivering agent. Everyone is getting a best out of it.
