Overall Satisfaction with Whova

Whova has been used to manage our annual company event across the company in Europe.
It aims at making sure all participant are aware of the organisation, communicates changes or last minute events, grows network (probably more useful in Events getting parties that don't initially know each other). It also helps organise meet ups between participants, chats, groups.

Includes an agenda for self-organisation purposes (when multiple options happen at the same time, like at a conference). Pushed notifications from event organisers helps you get where you need to be when you need to be there.

It is very rich in features and I've probably underused it. It's so rich that I would say it's missing a "Tips" feature to remind how to do things after you've gone through the tutorial. Other than that, this app gets the job done.
  • Reminders. During company events, without it, you could very well miss the things you're here to see or do in the first place
  • Event organizer to participant communications
  • Help in getting up to speed with usage, training
  • UI optimisation/simplification might help (emphasize more useful features)

Well suited for event management. Don't use it for anything else, it's not the aim.
