Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Whova for a conference. Whova was very flexible and accommodated all my needs for the conference. I was able to set up my schedule for the conference ahead of time. When I found that a session was not quite for me, it was very easy to switch my attendance to a different session. I also liked that it showed how many others had signed up for the session. I also like how easy it was to evaluate each session. Chatting with others at the conference via Whova was a big plus.

Support Rating

I didn't require any customer support. The product was very intuitive. I needed no training to get going on it and was able to figure out how to do things based on guidance within the product. There was no need for an end-user guide.

We used Whova for a conference. It was perfect for that. It was easy to see all of the sessions and their information. I was able to sign up for a session, and then if I changed my mind, it was easy to sign up for a different session. I was also impressed with the ability to easily connect with others attending the conference without having to know their email or cell number.
