Will use when we have our own conference! 5-Stars!

I have only 2nd-hand info here. The CEO who put everything together with his team said that Whova support was easy to work with, understanding of his needs & overall went above and beyond to ensure all worked smoothly for attendees. When I put my next local conference on, I'll be sure to follow-up with support to be certain we have the most professional event possible.

We were given months' advance notice on what was being used. But like most, I was busy! Luckily, the application is user-friendly, almost like using any of the social media apps that we all use today. Once we were together in the plenary session, we were advised on how-to combine our efforts in sharing photos, tagging, and answering surveys. It's a really powerful app.

Events, large or small, I believe this application would be fun and valuable for almost any type of gathering whether attendees know one-another or not.

Just download the app, work through all of the items (high-level), set the schedule & add-ons (surveys, games, topics, etc) = Rock & Roll.

Although I'm reporting 2nd-hand, I can affirm that everything went smoothly. You truly get what you pay for, and if you want the best event mgmt application, Whova would be my suggestion. I've never had the ability to (or known about) the ability to do SO much within 1 application. Amazing.

I especially liked the ease of communication, the ability to ask hard questions easily, and afterward the ability to survey all participants to see what we (and/or Whova) could do better going forward.
