Overall Satisfaction with Whova
I attended an online conference on Whova. There were online classes and it helped on online conference seem more like an in person event. Interaction with the vendors was smooth and integrated and vendors responded in real time. Drawing and prizes helped keep people engaged. I felt like I knew some of the people in my online classes just because I did the Ice Breaker activity. Community driven message boards let attendee decide what topics to engage in. If an in person or online event were using this platform I would be more likely to go.
- Message Boards
- Ice Breaker Activities
- Vendor Interactions
- Contests with prizes
- When you interact with Whova during a session it creates a small box so you can stay in you meeting. If you activate the chat from here it does not let you minimize the chat so it blocks the presentation until I go back to the big screen again. You basically have to exit the meeting and jump right back in.
- Interaction Meet ups message Boards
- Contest and prizes
- Exchanging of Digital products like handouts, Presentations and Slides
- It made me interact more with peers during the Conference
- AspenONE Asset Performance Management (APM)
None. I have not seen any of these other products
