Overall Satisfaction with Whova

I have used this platform several times to attend industry conferences with multiple sessions happening at the same time, along with areas for networking and icebreaker questions for attendees.
  • Increasing participants engagement with one another
  • Offering many channels of interaction
  • Connecting people based on their profiles
  • There was a lot to get familiarized with when first joining.
  • The many ways of engagement can be distracting from the presentations.
  • It has been a successful way to network and connect with other attendees
I have not had any experience with their customer service.
As a user, it seemed relativity easy to set up an account, log in, and participate in the events.

Whova seems better than other conference platforms I have used for functionality and engagement. It has been the best to navigate and attended conference sessions.
