Overall Satisfaction with Whova

This was my first time ever hearing of or utilizing Whova for a conference and I have nothing but great things to say about it. It gave me the opportunity to connect with attendees at the event and reach out to many people after the event. It allowed me to touch base with the community by adding my own event for people to come and visit our booth as well as sending me notifications for events happening or about to happen. I think this app needs to be utilized by more conferences in the future. I frequent NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) and I would love for them to access this app for all of their events. Sometimes you just can't get to everyone but this app allows you to catch up on people that you may have missed! Love it!

I don't personally have any feedback on this part as I did not need customer support
Should be used for all events to keep everyone in the loop

I think the Whova app was such a great tool for a conference/ convention. It allowed me to reach out to attendees prior to the meeting and allowed me the opportunity to meet them if I wanted to set up a meeting. I am unsure of how long the information is able to be viewed but I hope for a while so I can access time to get people I haven't introduced myself to yet. Kept me up to date with events happening in throughout the day and evening times and allowed others to post in the community of meet-ups happening in and outside of the event! Such a great tool!
