Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used Whova for multiple events as an end user. And I have now used it with different hosting organizations. As an attendee to these events, I have had the opportunity to use multiple features.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Gives attendees the opportunity to communicate with each other outside of the scheduled sessions.
Great way to take notes throughout the event in one place.
Makes it easy to keep track of your agenda and easily make last-minute changes.
Great single point of information for all aspects of the event.

Cons

Have a simple way to swap contact information/electronic business cards. Even better would be a way to export the contact information out at the end of the event.

Usability

From the end-user side, I think it is user friendly.

Overall Whova is great as a single point of information for all aspects of the event. Communication with all attendees and speakers is simple. And it keeps your notes and documents from presentations organized and easily accessible.
