Overall Satisfaction with Widen

I use Acquia DAM (Widen) on a daily basis to manage my creative projects between multiple internal departments. Our creative team uses this platform for all approval purposes, project management, and reference any project information.

I'm not sure how we could grow our use of the Widen platform over time, but as new products release, we will continue to use this platform to organize our products by collection. I enjoy this feature because it's easy to go back to previous years to search for a specific image that otherwise would be a nightmare to find on a local server.
I have found that the support from Acquia DAM (Widen) has been quick and efficient. Any inquiries are answered within a respectable amount of time.

I really enjoy using Acquia DAM (Widen) as a designer because I no longer have to go search for products, images, etc. for my monthly designs. Everything is housed in a single platform that can be connected to multiple Adobe applications. I also appreciate the "Collections" feature because if I'm looking for a certain image, but can't find it, I can always look in a specific collection. The only time that Acquia DAM (Widen) has not been appropriate is when I need to connect images to Adobe Photoshop because that connector does not exist.
