Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

We used Acquia DAM (Widen) to organize, store and share digital assets for company-wide use. We have a wide variety of users, which we have been able to train and sift into different roles depending on their needs. It's helped cut down on routine tasks directed at our team as DAM administrators, as well as helping to bring our internal and external branding into a more uniform state.

Cons

  • More streamlined user/role management
  • Automated keyword tagging
  • Compatibility with more internet browsers (currently our users can only access on Chrome)
  • streamlined workflows have removed repeatative tasks from our plates as admins.
  • encouraged uniform brand applications across the company on internal & external materials

We're probably not using Acquia DAM (Widen) to its full capability. I look forward to seeing what is possible, particularly in terms of their Portals feature.
