Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to create portals, share marketing collateral with customers, but also internally to share approved materials.

In my opinion, way too complex and hard to figure out some of the ways to create collections
portals are great, but not enough flexibility with the colors and tools
I think it should be able to create totally separate areas in one business

Return on Investment

Could have been very impactful it it was easier to access data

Support Rating

1) Not international and available in global time zones 2) Too many different people with different knowledge....conflicting information 3) Too hard to get answers
