Overall Satisfaction with Acquia DAM (Widen)

We use Acquia DAM (Widen) to create portals, share marketing collateral with customers, but also internally to share approved materials.

Pros

  • export links of collection
  • thumbnails
  • easy to filter

Cons

  • In my opinion, way too complex and hard to figure out some of the ways to create collections
  • portals are great, but not enough flexibility with the colors and tools
  • I think it should be able to create totally separate areas in one business
  • Could have been very impactful it it was easier to access data
1) Not international and available in global time zones 2) Too many different people with different knowledge....conflicting information 3) Too hard to get answers

I think Acquia DAM (Widen) has the potential to be extraordinary, but a few things make it tricky still. Too complex, hard to manage, service team not global and hard to manage
