Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

Wingman helps me record meetings and check back on transcripts and insights from what was said in the meeting. It has been really valuable for quick trimming and sharing of customer demos with a client. I appreciate that Wingman is automatically added to all of my meetings, and I can easily go back and review my meeting points.

  • The transcriptions leave something to be desired.
  • Their language support could be expanded.
  • Improved employee training & meeting review
Wingman is much cheaper than Gong, but Gong appears to have stronger analysis tools. When customers ask us what is the extra person in our Zoom call, we just call it our "Gong" tool.
