Overall Satisfaction with Wingman
I find it super easy and especially we need less training to use the product. The best part is you get to listen to your call again and jot down the points which I may have missed. I can also go through the customer training and demos.
- To record calls.
- Record the accent accurately.
- Easy to use.
- I would love it if we could skip recording for a few calls. Few customers don't like to get recorded.
- Customizable reporting in the app.
- No option to manually add calls to a folder.
- Great performance by the team across the segment/territory.
- Minimizing hand holding of new reps.
