Never thought an email signature would make me so happy.

Overall Satisfaction with WiseStamp

Seeing everyone in the company with a uniform signature has made me so happy. WiseStamp was easy to customize and roll out. I love that we can adjust things, and they immediately update!

Pros

  • Customer support has answered my questions promptly.
  • The rollout went smoothly.
  • The ability to add campaigns is entertaining and runs smoothly.

Cons

  • Customizations within templates were a little sparse; more templates or the ability to edit more would be lovely.
  • The ability to have multiple colors within the text would be nice.
  • A picture box for a logo would be nice, either not a square or a larger/broader option.
  • Support times were off; times for a call with support were 4 am to 8 am, and we are on the East Coast!
  • I haven’t been using it long enough to know.
A bit clunky and needs a bit better customizations.
I didn’t look at any others.

Well suited for smaller companies looking for a uniform email signature. A company needing a lot of customizations may not be as good of a fit.
