Overall Satisfaction with Wix
I use Wix as my primary website. It's a great first impression and works very well as a landing and scheduling site for new and returning clients. Their customer service has been excellent, except lately, they seem to be overwhelmed with calls and unavailable... I hope they hire more staff.

- Providing info on new features and apps
- Reasonable monthly cost
- Many options: email capture, newsletter capabilities, Blog section
- Up until recently, their customer service was easily accessible and VERY helpful. Recently they have had a voice message indicating that they are overwhelmed with calls and will not be able to respond to messages. They then ask you to email customer support. This is really disappointing since I often need help with complicated edits and understanding what the program can or can not do.
