Overall Satisfaction with Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik

We are a consulting company and implement the software for other organizations. We also support our customers. For sure we use Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik for accounting, controlling, planning, and consolidation stuff. All our customers are happy to use this tool for their accounting or controlling because it makes things a lot easier for them.

Tagetik have a better integration in all parts in our customers systems. it is a lot easier to implement the data. SAP has the problem that there is a lot of different programms and tools, which has to buy to work with a complete tool. But if one part is missing the total sap system don not work anymore. in tagetik all tools are integrated in the system itself.
Because some functions aren't available in HTML5. But overall I think it has a nice overlay for good usability. Tagetik have a better integration in all parts in our customers systems. it is a lot easier to implement the data. In my opinion, Wolter Kluwer CCH Tagetik is well suited for the automatic consolidation process within all facets. In addition, I think for complete reporting Tagetik does a great job because with custom reporting we can do perfect fitting reports for the customers. For now, I dont have any more scenarios where Tagetik doesn't fit so well.

Using Wolters Kluwer CCH® Tagetik

20 - We
are all consultants and implement, advise and train our customers in Tagetik.
For that we have different Teams inside our company, some people are our
professionals in consolidation, some in planning (controlling) and some for the
IT side and installation. Of course the reporting part must not be missing, but
which almost all of us can cover.
20 - We all support Tagetik within the ticket (JIRA) system. Where we all describe the problems we achived by using Tagetik.
Which skills are required, in my oppinion our consultant job give us all the opportunity to know how the system Tagetik should work and when something doesn't work well we can describe these problems to the support team of Tagetik, so that they can solve it.

Because in my oppinion Wolters Kluwer CCH Tagetik is one of the most usable tools for consolidation, planning (controlling) and reporting. Its usability is quite easy and innovative. I like the data entry method for the customers with its workflow and tasks, quite easy way to implement a co pilot. And i like the reporting tool, with a lot of customization opportunities.
