Overall Satisfaction with WordPress VIP

We deal with big projects, and WordPress VIP is a reliable solution that provides the scalability and performance that we seek. There is also important to mention that talking with a support team that knows the job is always a pleasure. And we also work with them cause security is an important concern that they take care of, leaving us free to code the solution for our clients.

The support team of WordPress VIP is well trained, and they know their service well. Dealing with experienced people makes the task of communicating and solving problems much more efficient. All software systems have problems, but if you find a service that answers properly, you can relax.
I cannot compare as I have not worked with other solutions so far, but I think I would not need to. In the agency, we can hold the service to our clients in different scenarios without many issues, all systems have problems, but performance is not one of them. I would say WordPress VIP is up to what they claim in terms of performance.
It is a very intuitive service, and any doubt gets solved in an easy and professional way by the support team.

It is definitely appropriate for big projects or the ones that will likely grow fast. Projects that want a reliable service to back them up. Not that much for smaller organisations that would probably not find a balance between all the services WordPress VIP offers and the amount of the bill at the end of the month.
