Overall Satisfaction with WordStream

We started using Wordstream to manage our Google AdWords account.
  • Simple reports
  • It did not add any value to our AdWords management.
  • In my opinion ROI is zero.
  • Either spend a bit more time on Google AdWords portal and avoid paying the money that you do not need to pay to WordStream or just hire a company to manage your AdWords.
  • AdWords is a complex configuration and needs expertise, you are better off hiring someone that does this for a living.
There is no magic solution; you either want to save the management fees which means you need to learn and spend many hours of managing your AdWords or just hire the right people to do it for you. If we had spent a few dollars more to hire a professional I think we would have gotten better results.
If you are willing to learn about AdWords principal, you won't need to use other software to manage your AdWords. Wordstream has a few advantages in terms of modifying your campaigns, but you need to remember that you still need to know the basics and fundamental of AdWords.
